I've spent over a thousand bucks in postage since November and have never been in a Post Office as bad as this one. Most mornings there's only 1 counter open and there's no urgency to move the line along. The location could also use a good cleaning. I'm giving up convenience and trying another location. If that doesn't work is UPS all the way.
The tall lady with the big beautiful Afro is the nicest postal worker I’ve ever encountered in my life. Calm, happy, helpful, funny. Thank you for all you do!
The worst post office ever! There was only 5 people ahead of me in line and I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes. Both ladies at the front are moving as slow as molasses. Zero sense of urgency whatsoever. The line has now grown out the door and around the corner on the sidewalk. I’ve been standing in the same place in line for over 20 minutes. One of the two women just went to lunch with no relief and we’re all literally just standing still going nowhere. This is completely unacceptable. Obviously no one cares or takes any sort of pride in their job at this location. I’ve never had this bad of an experience at any other post office ever in my life, and I send packages out weekly.
This is probably the worst post office in broward county. There is only one person working at the front and the line is always at least an hour long. The employees are always rude and disrespectful to customers and often outright refuse to be helpful. The packages often are lost and never reach their destination. At times, they simply sit at the post office for days even if you pay for priority. This place should be shut down or staffed properly.
Although some of the workers are good professional people, this federal agency is a complete disaster. Packages are being delivered later than ever before, but they are very good are delivering fraudulent voting ballots. There is deep corruption at the top of this agency.
