Virginia is the nicest postal employee I have ever met! She was eager to help anyone, helped me with some prepaid shipping labels, and was equally helpful to others. What really struck out was her hospitality and genuine pleasure to help others. Definitely come here when she is working!
Big lady and older man today on 11/30/20 around 3 pm, were beyond rude since the moment I walked in. Every question I had, I had a snappy answer back. I tried to find out her name before I left, but she ran to the back and had no name tag anyhow, when I asked the other man for her name he was also very rude and responded, “why should I give it to you?!” Hey guys, do people a favor and don’t work here, and give someone a chance that would appreciate their job/position. If you want to treat people like this in a customer service job, then leave. Unnecessary attitude.
The employees are very rude and inefficient. They are understaffed and shout orders at customers. There were 12 ahead of me in people in line (we waited outside , only 4 allowed in the lobby) and there was one person from usps working and it took 48 minutes to drop off a package. Steven was particularly rude and argumentative shouting questions and orders. If Steven is the face of the USPS then I hope they become unfunded. Customer service is the least important thing to them.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. Apparently it’s not required to scan a parcel when dropping it at the post office. 48 hours later and it’s still not tracking. What’s the point of a tracking label. But mostly it’s the attitude of the staff at this post office. No code of conduct and just plain rude and unhelpful.
