I know usps sometimes gets a bad rep, and at my old one in another city they were very rude but that was not the case with this one!nnI had very sweet women named Lilly (haha what are the odds) and she was VERY helpful and informative. She and her coworker helped me decide if paying regular or getting a flat rate box was better. They told me difference for how far was going and the weight and if it’s a really heavy item, it’s worth it to get the flat rate. But again, just really depends where it’s going and rate, it turned out to be better deal to move everything I had in my original box and move into a flat rate.nnMy last review I did for a usps was 1 Star and was about the manager! That store had across the board bad reviews. Thank you ladies for being so helpful and pleasant :)
Terrible customer service, if you have to go with Kim just change line or go somewhere else, shes not nice and wont help you with anything. Rude person very bad service. Just go with Illy I think is the name from the other person and she is very nice.
I’ll never understand why you can’t ask a postal worker a question. I tried to send a package internationally and asked some questions the worker didn’t know the answer to. That’s ok, just say you don’t know, no need for the attitude. 1 extra star cuz the place has parking and fairly short lines.
