It would have been super helpful if the mailman did not leave my packages 20 ft from the door that is extremely easy to access! And please next time if you are going to throw things on the ground, make sure there aren't cameras watching you. Because yes, i have saved the recording in case this gets noticed by the groton ma post office.
Attention postal staff: Wear your masks! The plexiglass counter shield between you and the public is no substitute for keeping masks on when dealing with customers.
Very disappointed with the Groton Post office. I’ve had two bad experiences and I shouldn’t have gone back to give them a second chance. I accidentally brought a package to be returned and then the woman told me it was meant to go to UPS. She told me that UPS is the one with the big brown trucks I see everywhere with UPS on the side of them. I felt very belittled and wish I could give them zero stars!
I have had only positive feedback. I had an issue with a package from ebay with postage due and they actually answered the phone and checked it for me, refused it and send it back. Sadly still waiting for my refund 5 weeks later but not their fault....They also were helpful the 2 times Groton plow trucks took out my mailbox!!!
Cannot get this package out of my mailbox. Could you have placed it on top as you do for others? I literally cannot get this out of my box!!!!!!!! Will go tomorrow and see if they can have carrier remove it without damaging it. No rain/snow in forecast so no reason to do this. UGH!
