I've lived in town for nearly 30 years and the Southborough Post Office has always been great. I've had a Post Office Box for many many years and that's worked out great as well. However that PO Box has become ridiculously expensive. Other than price, everything is great.
I’ve had nothing but problems with my mail since I moved to Southboro. Stuff either gets returned to sender or I have delivery notices left after I’ve specifically told the sender to note that i want the package left for me. When I call to complain the phone just rings and no one picks up. I’m so disgusted that if this were a business I could boycott, then I absolutely would.
