As someone that has traveled all over for work and has dealt with several Post offices. ... Sidney is hands down the absolute best! I have to ship out products all throughout the week and Kara is the best post office lady ever! I absolutely love her customer service skills and how fast she whips through all of my packages! Everyone else is super friendly too but I deal with Kara the most. She is the best! ud83eudd70

I wish I could give 0. The most master is rude they are all lazy. They do not care about your problems. And they will basically go off on you for calling with a complaint. But nothing less Should be expected in this po dunk little town of 4000 of the RUDEST and unprofessional people in every work place. This post office is pathetic and they should be ashamed by how lazy they are. And NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL LIKE EVERYWHERE ELSE IN SIDNEY.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I lived in Sidney for 10 years - the rural carriers are great but the town carriers are awful. Constantly delivered my packages to wrong address. Now that I am gone, I ship to my customers there and my packages are continuously misdelivered and I have to waste my time tracking them down. Makes me as a business owner look horrible because shipping to Sidney is ALWAYS a struggle. Absolutely ridiculous.

These people have THE WORST customer service. I shipped a package to someone's address. The Post Office delivered it to a PO Box and stated someone picked the package up. I informed them that the recipient did NOT pick this up. They check IDs but couldn't tell me WHO picked the package up. They were of no help.

Awesome friendly service always. Have to wait sometimes but that's everywhere. Thumbs up!
