I once mailed an expensive item to a dmfriend in Texas. It was never received. The staff and post mistress were incredibly helpful in getting my refund and insurance. Their greeting cards are really delightful too. Very nice staff. I like going there.
I’ve only lived here for a few months but I haven’t had any issues with mail delivery. I also run an online business and am constantly sending out packages. I am always greeted happily and treated kindly. Everyone I’ve encountered has been extremely helpful, and very friendly and I haven’t had any issues with sending/receiving packages.
They refuse to deliver our packages. Fine. But then they forget to give us pink slips to let us know that they are waiting in the post office. We've had a couple of packages sent back.nnOur mail is continually being delivered to the wrong mailbox.

I've talked to them on a few occassions about package delivery. Since I'm a truck driver I have my packages delivered to my grandmother's house. So after talking to them they said that would be fine but they keep sending them back and I get charged a restock fee. It is the worst post office I've had to deal with. They just flat out like to to about everything.
