Post Office function has been closed during open hours the last 3 times I've gone here. They are understaffed and need to consider dropping this service if it cannot be provided as advertised.
Beats going to the post office, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Note: They Close at 4:00, I suggested an edit to Google.
I had to buy stamps and mail two birthday cards. I asked the clerk to weigh one card to assure I put the correct postage on it. The clerk asked if it had a gift card in it...I stupidly said yes, and left the card to be mailed there...should have taken it and mailed it somewhere else, as that card never arrived...mailed Mon April 13, maybe 9:40am, $23.40 purchase, in case manager wants to watch security footage...
I brought a letter here to get mailed back home to PA. The person who I sent the letter to has been waiting for it. Then it magically shows up in my mailbox saying I do not have enough PARCEL. I specifically brought it to this post office to make sure I had enough Postage for it. Now the letter looks like it was run over. Awful service, if you are looking for help, Go elsewhere
This is a great spot to send packages and buy postage. They have all the box options just remember to bring your own tape. Travis is very helpful and super friendly! Every time I’ve stopped in I had all my questions answered and sent all my packages out quickly. Very happy to have this service so close to home!
