Perfect little post office! Hours are a bit limited and avoid coming around noon as there might be a line. Earlier or later in the day there's usually no waiting. Clean and friendly!
THE ONLY ONE I EVER HAVE ISSUES WHEN IT COMES TO DELIVERING MY PACKAGES. EVERY PACKAGE I GET THROUGH THEM TURNS INTO A PICKUP BECAUSE THEY ACT LIKE THEY CAN'T LEAVE IT AT THE DARN DOOR. SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!! THEN WHEN I DO PICK IT UP I HAVE TO STAND THERE AND RING THE DOOR A MILLION TIMES BEFORE SOMEONE HELPS ME.
Dan, wasn't helpful when I went for Passport appointment with my 3 kids. I have an appointment for 2, but I have 3 kid's passports to renew. I tried to update the the appointment from 2 to 3 in the website, but it did't work, sorry, so I went there anyway to try. Dan said I have the appointment just for 2 and he cannot have 3 passport processed, because they were booked and had 20 more appointments to do. My appointment was at 2:30pm and they take the last one at 3pm. There is no way he had 20 more to go. His attitude wasn't not friendly at all, since we started. I didn't find Dan to be professional based on the comments he made.
Is it possible to rate them as zero? Perfect example of why the government shouldn’t run anything.
The staff is great!! I've been a box holder for more than 15 years.nMuch better value here than an privately own mail service.
