I had a recent experience with the OV Post Office where I requested to move to another box in our neighborhoods cluster of boxes since the newly installed cluster put my box at the very bottom where I had to bend almost to the ground to get my mail. I've been hear 21 yrs and I'm glad the box cluster was changed. They needed it. After several attempts and being told NO, Supervisor, Angel Suarez got involved and WOW, Does he get it. He helped resolve the issue, move me to another box, provide the keys and the mail on the day he said he would get it done. Angel is professional and caring. I give him 5-STARS for his service. Thank You!
I don’t always post reviews for places on Google. But today was a breaking point. From the time I moved to the area last summer, I’ve only had horrible experiences with this post office. Certain employees have been consistently rude or short with me, acting as if I were an inconvenience for even asking for their help. It’s impossible to reach anyone at this location, the phone rings and rings and then quits, no answering service. Today, however, I received a card from my mortgage lender congratulating us on our new home purchase (as we’re in that process), and they included a complimentary blank key with which to make a copy once we close. Except there was no key. The envelope was ripped where the key was, as if someone had stolen the key out of the envelope. My mailbox is locked and requires a key. My experience with this location, looking at other reviews, doesn’t seem to be unique, so I hope enough of these complaints are seen to where something changes.
My mail constantly is sent to a neighbor. Or I don’t get it at all. So far I have recently been told by ebay my item has been delivered and I never got it. It’s hard to get the option you want when calling the post office. They said they would send me a link to make a case and I never got it. I live in honey bee canyon. It shouldn’t be all that hard to get the right mail in the right box. Very very poor service in our area!!!!!
I have always had good, reliable service at our local USPS.
We have used this post office for three years now. The staff has always been helpful and polite. The delivery personal do mess up once in awhile but that has happened in every city I have lived in.nAfter seeing how some of the customers treat the postal employees, I can understand that they can become a bit callous at times.nMy suggestion to people would be , treat as you want to be treated.nKeep up the good work.
