I use this facility because I get good service here. I usually have only a short wait because there are almost always enough people behind the counter to keep the line moving. The few times I have experienced a longer wait it was caused by customers.
Went in fix a change of address. Been recieving mail for 4 years. Never an issue. And when the address changed it was sent to another individuals location. Went in to resolve the issue where it originated. And they combined a totally other persons identification with mine. Now my name and their address is on it and I've been in 3 times to fix it. And all they say is they cant do anything when they made the issue. They falsley combined my identification with someone else when that was not the instructions for changing MY address. Spoke to the manager who started being rude the entire conversation. And in the end never deleted the false change of address form and never even submitted ANY of my change of address forms. (3!)Said they would and Nothing. Understandable that there is not many working the desks. But if you do not want your job, what are you doing working, The job is customer service. Period.
When I got here a representative attempted to assist me and once I said what I needed assistance with , he advised me that only the supervisor can resolve the issue . So I got in line just as the supervisor finished assisting another lady . and the supervisor seen me . And decided she was going to take a break or hide in the back for over 20mins . Meanwhile the other reps were Trying to call her on the pager to help cause her line was full. Finally 20 mins later the supervisor comes and has the worst customer service , has a nasty attitude and doesn’t even attempt to help or resolve the issue. Basically yelling at me cause the mail man is delivering my packages somewhere else . As if it’s my fault . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE SUPERVISOR.
Staff is lazy and unhelpful. Made me go to another post office to get my packages which was in the back at the first one but they didn’t even check. They also disregarded our redelivery on the item and never even attempted it. The original delivery said they left a note (they didn’t) and that the package wouldn’t fit in the mail box. It’s a big box I wonder why. Thanks for the help
I’m rating this location one star because of what occurred today! Misty an employee tried to make me go back into the line after I was already in line for getting a flat rate box . I needed the bottom tapped before I could place my items in the box and while she was doing that I was writing my address to where my package was going on the label instead of being patient and waiting 2 seconds she deliberately told me that I need to go back to the end of the line and me hurrying up she said she was not going to wait for me to fill out my address. Then she took my items without my consent and place them on the other side rudely. After doing so I told her she is in the business of customer service she got mad and walked off! Another employee helped me and I had no issue! I know I should have talked to the manger right then and there but I will be going back tomorrow to let the manager know because that is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
