Rude staff, really unhelpful. I was forced to pay for services I was not asking for (poorly trained employee?) and only given a partial refund.

These are good hardworking people. Really don’t like the attitude in the other reviews. They try. More than can be said about most.

This review has two parts.nnI would like to acknowledge the hard work of the 2 staff members who work at this location especially Patricia. I see that you are extremely understaffed during the holiday season and you handle the out the door lines with grace. 5 stars to the staff.nn0 stars for the person in charge of this location. Your employees mentioned that additional help was hired but were never trained. To have two employees working the counter and not staffing and training for the holiday season is irresponsible and unfair to the employees. This is your responsibility and I can clearly see that you aren't meeting the roles and responsibilities of your job description.nnI paid for expedited shipping on a package for my business. It arrived at this location at 10am on Friday. I came in at 2pm on Friday and there was no package slip in my box. I went to the counter and they said they are understaffed and they cannot even look for the package. I understood and sympathized with how overwhelmed they were. I returned Saturday morning at 11am. Still no package slip. I went back to the counter, explained that I paid for expedited shipping for it to be held up in the back for 24 hours. I reiterated to them that I know that this isn't their fault and I wasn't upset with them personally. They said they have OVER 700 PACKAGES in the back, I pleaded with them to just TRY and look for it really quick. Luckily Patricia found it in under 3 minutes.

Very rude disrespectful as someone who has a learning disability I struggle to fill paperwork out they were not helpful at all makes me sick what a joke
