The male post officer worker is brash, and I felt like I came to his private residency to solicit something. Know what you're going to do before you go and be in and out; or else he's going to roast you if you ask too many questions. Besides that he's well informed and gets the job done. Also, you need to scan a card to enter the building. Kindly ask a student or knock; and don't forget to say thank you!
There is nowhere on the front page of this USPS store that indicates you must be affiliated with Harvard in order to even get into the building. Walked all the way here only to find I couldn't even enter because I don't have a FOB. How is this a public service if it's on a private campus?
The guy who works here is objectively the rudest postal employee I have ever encountered. He has been demeaning and condescending in every interaction I've had with him. Want a receipt when you drop off a prepaid package? Get ready to be yelled at.
THIS LOCATION IS NOT OPEN UNTIL AUGUST. Would have been great for that to post themselves, so I didn’t have to go all the way there.
I never leave reviews but this is the worst employer I have ever encountered in my life. He was very disrespectful and kicked me out when I told him I didn't have my pick up slip. Please avoid going there, it seems like the guy doesn't care about customer service and the management wont do anything about it.
