So I left my wallet in the office right as they closed and didn’t realize until 45 minutes later. I showed up 45 minutes after that to search the parking lot. I was beyond happy when an employee stopped her car as she was leaving to let me know my wallet was inside. Even though she couldn’t let me in because of the alarm, I still appreciated her stopping and helping alleviate my concerns.
My medication finally arrived, except someone from the post office must have ripped the package open. It was placed in my locked mailbox, leading me to believe it must have been opened by someone at the post office. Thanks to whomever did so, now I have to go pick up my antibiotics. Must have been looking for some illicit drugs. Unbelievable.
This location has some rude people working behind the desk. Worse services ever !!!!
On multiple occasions the Staff has been rude and Insists on shouting. In all honesty, they are everything that is wrong with the USPS . It would be wise to fire all involved with this location and start over.
This location has some rude people working behind the desk! They seemed racist and unwelcoming towards me when, in fact, I live in Somerville. Don't even expect a small piece of tape or pen!
