I feel so blessed to have worked with this super patient and helpful crew, especially Jewell who helped me with international package! For people planning to visit, only four people are now allowed inside the store so there will be a line outside at busier time (afternoon). There’s a person who will guide you in once it’s your turn. I personally feel safe when I’m inside and everything is in good order.
They don’t argue or cause problems.
I go here fairly often and had never had an issue in the past but the last time I was there (Feb 20, 2020) I was treated incredibly rudely by one of the clerks. I have NEVER encountered such a badly mannered customer service representative.nnJamie/James (I couldn’t read the name tag well) was rude from the moment I approached the counter. On top of that, this person double charged me for a book of stamps. When I noticed and brought this up to him, he acted as if I was inconveniencing HIM. He not once apologized for his mistake and raised his voice at me when I very calmly explained the mistake that had occurred when he rang me up. I always go out of my way to be courteous to anyone who works a customer-facing job, so this person’s attitude towards me surprised me.nnIt is a shame because one bad employee will sour anyone’s experience with this local and I know the other clerks provide excellent service. Please hire people who actually WANT to work with customers.
One of those slow usps’ with staff who are rude to customers and work painfully slow. I hate coming here but it’s close..
Very efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.
