Avoid this place for passport service. Very rude, incompetent, employee. My 14 years old was totally disgusted by his behavior. We live in this beautiful town and very sad to see this behavior. It seems even with so many complains, nobody is taking any action against the employee I hope his supervisor is reading this comment and addressing with the employee. Even my 14 years old cleary see this guy is not right for this job!
The Lexington, MA Post Office is the BEST!nI wan to thank Jimmy for helping track down a package that accidentally had the wrong house number. He found it and got it to the correct destination!!
Avoid this place for passport service. Very rude, incompetent and discriminatory. Went there to have my son's passport renewed. That guy obviously didn't want to do his job and really rude talking to us. He rushed my son to take a picture and wasn't trying to do it right. The picture turned out horribly and my son was scared by this agitated person. When I told him picture is not acceptable and need to be re-taken, he said it's perfect and if I didn't like it go somewhere else. He dropped my paperworks on the counter and left. I've never seen anything like this! Who would think this could happen in such a nice town?

Holy cow, this place is terrible. Super slow, long lines full of people who don’t know how to package stuff and kind of snippy staff.
