Miserable people and depressing environment. Go to STAPLES or UPS and they will provide good service, free packing tape, smiles, and no guilt or attitude if you aren't a shipping expert.

The Worst customer service. And many if not most time, the delivering person doesn't even ring the doorbell, but just leaves a sticker saying that noone was home and goes. Then you have to chance your parcel...
