I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I have never had a good experience with USPS staff but this place has the absolute worst staff I have ever encountered. Be fully prepared when you go in this place because they will make you feel like an idiot for asking any sort of questions. She even threw a label holder at me when I asked for one and told me she’s “not supposed to be doing any of this for me”. Horrendous.
The staff were courteous and patient. Only 2 people allowed in at a time, and you have to queue up outside. Plexiglass dividers keep workers safe, and spacers on the floor let you know where to wait.
Rude and unhelpful. I honestly thinknthe clerks here take pleasure in making thenprocess difficult and inconvenient. It's justneasier to drive the extra miles to some othernbranch office. Wow, the rudest place I've evernbeen a customer. If I could give it zero stars, I would
They take a while but the lady who helped me really made sure I knew what I had to do, and she probably did for the other people before me too.
Extremely rude staff! Yelled at us as soon as we entered the building because there had already been two customers. This women was cranky and had no self control.
