Customer service here is always bad. I stayed a long time on the line to try to buy a money order and when it was finally my turn the lady said she couldn’t make me one because she had already closed out and was leaving....this was at 1:30pm. The other guy working couldn’t help me with it because according to him,she was the only one who had access to it.nA total waste of time!!nHappily I went to the other post office down the street on High st and the lady their was super nice and helped me within 30 seconds. I truly recommend the US post office at 485 High st in Medford.
Went here to mail wedding invites and save the dates. Helped us select the right number of stamps and handle international mailing. Great service overall.
Fantastic service! I was shipping a gift to Maine that would not fit in a small flat rate box. The manager advised me to use Priority Mail and then went out back and found a box for me to use!nI was going to use a medium flat-rate box which would have cost twice as much. Wow, talk about service.
Had no issues getting my package here. My package was going to lowell but was misdelivered to this Medford location. I call in the morning, spoke to Linda ( I think ) and she told me it was ok to come by and pick it up. Drove down, waited a couple minutes in line, lady at the front desk was nice. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes with my package. Thanks.
Bunch of liars. They say they will do something then they don’t. I’ve called in multiple times and they always forget or just tell me they will do it so I don’t bother them and it never gets done.
