Back in 2002 I had a job where I travelled a lot at the last minute and I would get my pay through the mail. On days when my flight was early and I knew I would not be here to get my mail id call the distribution center and they would allow me to pick up my mail early. With proper identification of course. Fast forward to 2018 and I need my mail early but wasn't sure if they still would be able to help me with an issue so early in the morning and so last minute. To my surprise all these years later and still great customer service. Although I do not recommend bothering these hard workers for every little piece of mail, I will say that if all other avenues are exhausted give them a call and no doubt u will get a great response.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I was left a voicemail to say that a package had been left for me there and to give them a call back. I called back and was rudely told “Well I didn’t call you” by a woman on the phone. When I was given somebody else on the phone I was greeted by “Who’s this?” And they couldn’t answer me what their hours were. The most unprofessional behavior ever. Hoping this is a one-off and I don’t have any packages left for me in future.
Polite and nice staff, but an individual can't ship a package from here. This is just a distribution center.
If you read previous reviews of this location you'll notice some complaints about the service, those people we're having bad days. I use this location for all my mailing needs and I have never had a problem, in fact, I always get great service.
