Y'all are wonderful... But USPS isn't social hour... You've got lines out the door and are talking up a storm. Customer service is great and everything but not at the expense of the other customers in line. I was there today and one of your employees sat there talking to someone after their transaction for a significant time. Enough time for another USPS employee to have helped 5 people... Hopefully y'all find a better balance.. Happy Holidays. Rooting for you!
There might be a line, but whenever I drop things off with postage ready to go, it's scanned promptly and gets on its way very quickly. The staff tries to be helpful and friendly when they aren't super busy.
Best post office I've been to!
If you’re like me you’re curious how long the line will take during the December holidays-nI arrived about 11:45am on a Wednesday and the line was about 10 people along the sidewalk (plus 6-8 inside). I took 10 minutes at the counter. I was there 40 minutes total.
With all that is happening, they are doing a great job. Keep up the good work. Thank you
