Friendly post office that remembers the rights of the public! I was able to send out my packages without being harrassed about a face diaper!
I’ve NEVER had an issue having my packages delivered until now! I received a slip that says “I’m no longer allowed to come down driveways”. So I called and was informed that they aren’t obligated to do so. So screw the one or few little insignificant people who help the USPS be able to employ folks anyhow. God forbid someone go the extra mile for people these days. I work 50 hours a week with 0 time to buy household items ,diapers and such which is why I have them delivered. I was told I’ll just have to get them on Saturdays now. What was supposed to be a convenience has been taken away. So now I’ll have to hunt to find someone who’s not contracted with USPS just so I can get things brought to my house again which is what I pay for!!

Always very helpful,friendly,and things move much more quickly at this location. I have 2 post offices closer to my home,but I drive out of my way to use the Smithville office. I appreciate the service provided there!
I find the people working there very helpful. Regulars are known by name. Small town charm!
