It was 6 pm and the mail had not been delivered yet. I called twinsburg post office and Gayle rudely old me that they have til 6:30 to deliver the mail . She never even asked what street I lived on. It’s now almost 7 pm and no one has come. I had important mail to go out today. No wonder no one trusts the post office with their mail....they are unreliable!!! ud83dude21
Mailman couldn’t find my adress so stopped delivering mail. It’s not even hard to figure out, overpaid position for someone
I needed tape for a box i was sending in the mail , there was huge roll of boxing tape sitting on the counter and the guy said i can BUY a roll of tape but i couldn’t use theirs . They are also incredibly slow !! Just go to fedex around the corner if you can , much faster and nicer and oh they take your boxes for free!!!
Unfortunately this is the only post office that no matter if you go at 1, 3, or 5 they always got one person working... the workers are friendly but who wants to wait for one clerk (i usually bring in 5+ items to ship so think about how the people behind me feel...) bit of a shame really. Bedford is a much better Post Office overall.
Our mail man Gary is amazing!!! He has been the best mail man we have had with Twinsburg since Ken left.
