They never deliver mail on time, my mail always gets put in someone else's mailbox, they never deliver packages and even going in to the post office, the line is always super long with only 1 person at the counter and everyone else in the back sitting on their phones.
Doing the best they can Parking lot is awful and mail drop off boxes are in terrible condition .It is the best Post Office in Twinsburg Because it is the Only Post Office in Twinsburg
I dropped a package in the blue box right outside the post office. 2 weeks past and the package hasn't been scan. Terrible service.

my package Was post to be delivere and ask if i could pick it up instead the man told me no so i said okay so i stayed home all day waiting on my package to be delivered never got delivered the time it said it was so i go on the website to track and it said that the mail man attempt to deliver it witch is a lie so i called up there and the man going to tell me that they don’t deliver the package out in my apartment complex because of some issues that don’t have anything to do with me so i tell the guy i called this morning and ask if i could pick it up and was told no he reply back and said i don’t know who would of told you that and hung up on me i called back no answer so i wanted a few minutes and i called back a lady answer the phone i ask to speak to a supervisor she told to hold on and the supervisor got on the phone and he was the one that hung up on me worse post office i ever dealt with.. long story short i had to wait a hole another day
