My fiancé and I recently bought my grandparents property and took over the address here. When I went to change my address I kept getting errors saying I would be charged $100 due to having changed my address already. Since my last name is the same as theirs, when they changed their address the post office decided to change mine as well without calling to confirm. My grandparents only put 2 people down as moving. I am currently 9 months pregnant and had extremely important packages coming which ended up being “lost” and wouldn’t show up. I’m still getting tickets in the mail saying I’ve been missed, but I am home 24/7. No one knocks, no one gets out of the truck. I have multiple places for packages to go and extremely upset I’m not getting anything. I was also told it was my fault about the address issue, and basically called a liar on Facebook in a group for morrow county when explaining the issues we have had. Doesn’t look like I’m the only one. We have been nice everytime we bring it up but with multiple calls into the office and then being told I wasn’t here to get anything we are tired of this joke.
I wanted to give ZERO stars for the experiences I have had at the Cardington Post office. I am a small business owner here in Cardington and I ship small packages from home. Many times my mailbox has too many outgoing packages to fit in my mailbox so I take the remainder of my packages in for mailing. The older blond lady is a very rude person. She has done everything from refusing to give me a receipt, complaining about my shipping labels to threatening to not take my packages because I print my labels a day early.nI have seen on here many complaints about the service she provides to our community. I have filed a formal complaint with the USPS via email. I encourage fellow residents to do the same. This lady will be investigated and she can loose her job. I find it embarrassing as a small business owner that I have to publicly put my name out there in a public format in this manner.
Absolutely rediculous. Mailman seriously can't be bothered to get out of the vehicle? USPS before they even went on their route, returned ALL of Amazon packages because the delivery instructions were to deliver to the garage. Are you friggin serious!? What kind of service is that!?
Laziest, packages are never on time, wont put packages on door step so if they won’t fit in the mailbox, don’t expect to receive it soon. I hope fed ex gets a contract a government contract and they all loose there jobs.
The older lady that works in the cardington office is a very unpleasant rude lady... She treated the woman in front of me with such disrespect it was disgusting... And then when I asked for somwsomet she quickly told me to hold on very rudely... I suggest if she is so unhaoun with her job she finds a new one... Horrible experience from now on I'm sending my husband in until she is gone...
