Excellent customer service. While this is a busy post office, the line always moves quickly and the staff are kind and has a small town feel where the employees know your name and remember you, which is a rare thing to find these days
The Boardman, Ohio 44512 Post office is by Far the best post office I have ever dealt with. The customer service is excellent. The employees who work there are amazing in every way. I have lived in different places in the United States and unfortunately have not had that experience in Florida and Georgia.nThankyou my beloved hometown of Boardman, Ohio.
I tracked my package to find out it said that the customer requested to have it held for pickup. I never asked for my package to be held. Its awful they are going to lie on behalf of customers. You're not me so do not lie about decisions I never made. Now I have to take time off work to sort this out at the post office because their 1800 customer service number has a wait time of over an hour just to request the package to be delivered instead of picked up!
The over night drop box hardly ever works, just dont understand why they dont have it fixednThey never scan my packages, my tracking always starts when it's in PA
Second time mail misdelivered. Had to go around looking for it Neighbor who had it beligurate with me shame on postalservice
