Worst post office I’ve ever experience as far as customer service. No joke. Cant even pick up the phone
Horrible experience. Ordered a package that was shipped 12 days ago and it’s nowhere to be found. I can’t call and talk to anyone as they direct me to a computer from a prompt. When I go online it just tells me my package went to a facility a couple hours away and has been sitting there for 6 days. Have no idea what’s going on and I can’t even talk to anyone in the office as I’m just directed online again. Use UPS or FedEx bc USPS will just take your money and ghost you
The rural delivery carriers are rude and incompetent. I came home to find a delivery shoved halfway in and halfway out of my mailbox with another small package and my mail crushed in the back. Delivery instructions specify to leave on the front porch! If you can’t properly deliver packages stop saying you can provide the service!’
Horrible customer service, rude people. Tried explaining issue and was talked down to like I was a child.
Worst POST OFFICE I have ever seen. Inside is atrocious. The staff is rude. They ignore you and keep on talking to their buddies. Delivery is fail. Every time I am supposed to get a delivery from anywhere... I get some random excuse for why it can't be delivered. Or is is delivered the wrong address or mysteriously lost... Porch obstruction... no path available.... front door disappeared... Aliens abducted the mailbox. whatever excuse you can possible think of.. You know what the real reason is.. Laziness. Get out of the freaking truck and bring it to the door if you can't cram anything else into the box. When they are not cramming everything they possible can into the mailbox they just leave. (hey guess what sometimes the stuff you are cramming is fragile) Take it up to the door. Or find a new job.
