Great employees ud83dudc4d they are so helpful at the Hudson branch. They go out of there way to help you. The parking is okay. The lines move along very fast . Also they have a great supply of packing stuff. Also a nice selection of cards. It's very clean and all supplies are updated.
I have had two packages with 2 days of each other and on my ebay account saying they were delivered. One was ripped open and had half of the shipment missing (it was placed in my locked mailbox that way.) The second pack I never say and the tracking number said it was delivered. I am pursuing both thefts with the local police.
Horrible - carriers don't deliver packages or they deliver them to wrong place or tie to the mailbox and damage it. If you have them hold mail don't expect to get it when you restart it.
Supervisor Mike was very helpful. Customer service was above & beyond what I expected. He is definitely great at his job!
