It actually wasn’t bad at all. The lady who helped me really made me feel that she is doing all she can to help me with the best solution. I haven’t been in the post office for couple years and I can say that they really improved since the days they were more popular.

Horrible service. They seem to deliver my bills just fine, but packages are a different story. I’ve had boxes crammed into my mailbox that were difficult to take out. Multiple packages have been ripped or punctured because of this. Most recently, and the reason for this review, I opted to have my recent package delivered to my neighbor because it was an extremely important, expensive birthday gift that I didn’t want my significant other to see, and low and behold - he brought it inside from our front porch saying “Oh my god... you got me the —— for my birthday??” His birthday is next week and this was supposed to be a big surprise. I’m livid. I have tried to call and speak to someone but the wait time every time I call is expected to be 40-50 minutes.

Staff is great. Absolutely understaffed. If you arrive early (e.g. opening) expect very proficient and kind staff quickly. If you don't, expect to wait 5-30 minutes to see same staff. Most locals will try to mail out of other post offices if it requires service over the counter for this reason.nnWaited for 25 minutes to get to the counter to get a postpaid package scanned in today. Nothing against the local staff, but said staffing is ridiculous given the location.

Horrible.... The post master which is the Manager doesn’t know what the hell she is doing. I don’t even understand how the USPS survives as a company. Customer service is the worst of the worst ... one day the USPS will fade away. Horrible company.

The people who work there are very helpful and kind, and went out of their way to help me with a problem I was having with my mail delivery. Especially Denise.
