Every time I go here I leave irritated due to how myself and others are treated by a certain guy that works there, he does not answer my questions properly and uses so much attitude towards everyone that it makes visitors nervous to ask anything. There needs to be changes done and better customer service for sure. People can hate their jobs but this guy really expresses his feelings to everyone! Also they have failed to send out packages the day they receive them and people wait additional days for important mail, I have experienced it and my neighbors as well, please get your office under control yikes!
You will receive nothing but bad attitudes and looks of destain from the employees at this post office. I went in to ask a question about a letter I got and was treated like I was not a human. It has happened every time I go inside.
The people working here should all be fired! Customer service is the worse. The manager Eric is rude, unprofessional, and talks down to people. They speak to people like they are incompetent. Do not use this office avoid it like the The Black Plague! I have been using this office since covid-19 started because I have no other options right now, but I am canceling any type of connection with this office. The post office is going to lose my business.
Extremely rude staff. Every time I go there, it’s a negative experience. They are inconsistent with enforcement of rules- they tell me one thing and tell something different to my mom and husband. Just today, I actually got yelled at for asking a clarifying question. Skip this post office
