I’m never paying for priority mail 2 day again! Package took 12 days to get there. When I went to post office to get a refund they said only priority mail express gets a refund. Lesson learned! I’ve ordered stuff on Amazon before that gets to my house much quicker. Just saying.

Honestly the worst. Refuses to deliver packages to our apartment complex. Leaving them in the yard of our leasing office and now doesn’t even attempt to deliver them to us.nWhen going to talk to them about it they gave me a hard time and showed no sympathy.nI’d love to throw their packages down the street in someone’s yard for them to find.

So where is our mail? 6 pm drives down our road and doesn’t stop at anyone’s house.

I had an awful experience recently where a package, sent domestic express, missed its expected delivery date and went temporarily missing. Matt, my local mailman, and Franny, a clerk at this office, went above and beyond the call to meticulously search the entire office and locate my package. They spent hours off the clock dedicating themselves to finding my package and even called me late at night when they located it. With their commitment, they changed my experience (a 1 star ordeal) to a 5 star one. I've never had such a positive experience with USPS employees. Thank you Matt and Franny!
