This post office is at worst atrocious and at best incompetent. The only reason I ever do business with this place is because it corresponds to all my local mail. Otherwise keep away from this post office. They are extraordinarily rude, don't know what they are doing and are incredibly obnoxious.

Wait until you meet that nasty piece of work they call a manager. Now I know why the majority of them are just like her. Stay away if you can, order online if you can, they are NASTY.

I love the staff behind the counter been going there for years - they are friendly and nice !!!the one thing that’s sad and annoying is the fake lady that runs the covid rules !!!! OMG how the staff have to put up with her annoying voice and manner !!!! Thank you to the staff and for putting up with all the crazy’s !!! I have seen but a few !!!! ud83dude18

I’ve never had issues here. The only reason they get 4 stars is because there are usually long lines but they move pretty quick. Every person I’ve interacted with has been super helpful and nice. You can tell they’re very patient and just want every customer to have a good experience.

I am really surprised by the other reviews. I had to go to this post office because my local post office on 31st Street would not accept an international package prepaid online. The postal service was terrific here. Everyone was very polite and this was especially welcome during these stressful times. The social distancing in place. Everyone wore a mask. Both postal associates were extremely polite because I could hear them helping others. I would definitely drive there again. It helps that there is parking in this mall as well as other convenient stores all in one place. Nice surprise. Thank you.
