Finally after many years with rude staff, now we have at least one person very nice and professional at this Post office. Clerk number 10. I don’t know his name but I will post it soon. I wait until he is available to ask any question and delivery my packs with. Good job!

Went on a Saturday morning first thing to send out a passport renewal. Had no idea what packaging and type of priority mail to use and the woman who helped me was so kind and patient! She even kindly stapled my passport picture on because I hadn’t been able to do that at home. Thank you so much!!

worst post office i’ve ever been in, and i lived in florida for 6 years lol....there’s one lady who runs the whole thing on her own, i feel for her but THEY ARE TERRIBLE. be prepared to wait 1-2 hours (not exaggerating) to mail a certified letter. i go to the one by ditmars now.

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in my life. The person behind the counter was insanely rude. As if they were doing me some favor. They didn’t ship my package because i didn’t say “thank you”....how insane
