I sent two money orders on August 27th to Howard Beach. The money orders arrived destroyed to the destination. The recipient had to bring them back to me because they were destroyed by the service.Today I had to go back and change the money orders. The envelope with the money order was certified. I went back to change them and noone was able to honor me the cost of the envelope neither the cost to certify it. I have already paid for it before, it shouldn’t be my responsibility to cover the cost of your ineptitude. I waited for Brenda which is the lady in charge for more than one hour and a half, she never arrived, she might have bypassed it. I don’t know if it is the correct name, I wasn’t provided with her last name either. Another supervisor handed me one dollar for me to cover the cost of the envelope. I refuse his “charity” because I wasn’t asking for money, it was disrespectful and I shouldn’t be liable for the ineptitude. I can send pictures of how was the envelope with the money orders and how the money orders arrived to destination. I had to pay again for a service I have already paid.

Didn't receive a lot of mail and packages. This carrier takes my money and didn't deliver. Also allow people to use my address fraudulently.

They're cool people who work here and I've never had an issue here. They look a bit understaffed actually. No one has ever been rude to me and I've been serviced by all the people there. I wouldn't come at the workers there, the higher ups for sure. They deserve more for their hard work. I think most people are impatient when they have long lines and forget to realize that there is sometimes only 2 people working (I've witness that a few times) They deserve their breaks, and more staff. If you're truly that mad, write to the higher ups. Better quality work comes from treating people who work there right, management.

I just adore the mailman that delivers the mail to my dental office.. he's very nice and polite..always says Good morning even when it's too hot outside lol. He's always on time and makes sure his job is done.. i have a bit of a crush on him shhhud83eudd2bud83eudd2bnI've been to the post office for my packages and never had any issues always had good service. I was in and out even with a line full of people. It is i must admit a bit understaffed and the workers are multitasking as much as possible. One of worker don’t know his name has nasty attitude. I asked him nicely if he will print out my label for me he got mad at me for asking that. Would not recommend going there
