This place is horrible in ways I can't put into words. I sent something by mail here on September 3rd 2020. It's now November 9th. It hasn't left the post office but they cant find it

Delivery stinks due to the fact that the area of delivery is so small in comparison to much larger areas in the surrounding areas. I guess it's a lack of good management and dispatchment of delivery personnel. I gave one star because there is a great need for improvement on all levels in this specific location.

AWFUL!! Have not received mail at my job (which is a high volume office) and we rely heavily on our mailing system for sending out important time sensitive documents. They have not come by not one time this week so far and it is Wednesday, mind you last week they skipped us twice - Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone over there to see what is going on. They never answer there phone....EVER! Whoever manages this post office clearly does not take pride in there job. Our regular mail man is great, however if he calls out or is on vacation there replacement you can guarantee will not come. This is happen more often than not lately, I am very disappointed

Less than one star!! 11/24 and today 11/26 beach 127 street has again received NO mail at all!! How is this possible?? And what quantity will I receive when mail finally is delivery!! Where is the mail going? Is anyone else complaining???? No mail delivery how?? Why??? I’m truly fed up! This has been going on a whole year!!!

Great service. Some customers are very rude to the workers. They’re only doing they’re jobs.
