Don’t let the bad reviews push you away. This is a great post office with great staff. Always a fast and easy service here unless the place is busy but thats expected on some days. The staff is very helpful and nice. I’m surprised at these bad reviews. This place gets a lot of nasty customers which I see many times but the staff never seem to be fazed and always act professionally from what I’ve seen many times. I wish people would be kinder and more respectful to be honest but I guess these are the times we live in now.

Rude employees! Avoid yourself the headache.

This post office delivery service has been better than my last complaint. The fact is, I dont have be home to accept the package. They have the dront door key now so I get my packages either in the mailbox or in the building lobby. I have no complain. I haven't been back waiting online to pick up my package since. People still complain why dont they hand deliver or they have to sign it first. Please this is much better and keep it simple. If your package is stolen inside your building, then you know who your neighbors are.

I change my review from 1 to 3 stars, because the supervisor (Mr. RODRIGO) and the lady at the pick up/drop off window deserve a 5. Employees are unhelpful and rude most of the time. I only know one of then that it was nice and tried to help. I asked to speak with the manager waited more than 10 minutes and the manager didn't come out. One of the employees told me to go to another post office. Because I have come 4 times and want to asked him about and ongoing issue. It is very rude and inconsiderate to say the least to not even get out to help. I asked the lady in the drop off/pick up window and she got the supervisor Mr. Rodrigo very nice gentleman, he help me out and had and answer for me in less than 3 minutes

You may not get Covid-19 eating at an outdoor restaurant but you will surely be exposed waiting indoors for 30min to ship a package.
