The only good thing about this post office was the wonderful postal carrier we had. She was pleasant, helpful and ALWAYS delivered the mail to the correct address. Then her route was changed. Not fair!!!! Bring Jessie back to us!!!!
Rude and trying to communicate is simply a waste of time. No respect for customers (from what I experienced). I work in customer service as well, so I try to be nice and friendly when I can. Workers here (not all) have a talent for unprofessionalism. My worst customer service experience so far. Did not expect to be so disappointed and upset. I hope the workers understand that they are ruining people’s days if they don’t fix their problems. This is not the professionalism a customer service worker should have.
I love this particular PO. There's always a short wait, but the staff is professional and take care of the customers quickly.
Absolutely horrible people work there. The most unkind uneducated morons on earth.
Never had a problem there.
