My mail has been stuck here for 2 weeks. I hate this place. Hope they shut them down

I got a package it’s say delivered but nothing in my door or in mail boxnIt happen to me not one not two but four times already. I complain to the post master nothing happen.

If I could go to another Usps I would, but sadly this one is the only one near me. I’m not trying to be racist but the black lady teller at this post office is SUPER rude and makes sarcastic comments. I always have to go there to pick up packages and it’s always her I have to go to. I’ve never really mail anything and today was my first time and I filled the priority mail sticker by mistake and she tells me with her creepy smile “oh it’s your first time that’s nice”. She needs to get trained again or get fired. I’ve worked in customer service and I know it can be stressful but that doesn’t give me rights to be rude to customers. Next time I’ll get her name and update this review.
