Terrible service. I have been calling for days, no one answers the phone. They sent a package to the wrong address and now I can't get anyone to track it for me. Only in our neighborhood would this happen so sad. I am out of town and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Shame on you. If I could put Zero stars I would.
Worst service ever! Tell me how a post office can loose someone’s package and then when you try to find out what happen no one answers the phone or respond to emails or queries! The postal service need to change the staff at this facility, they don’t care about people mails or packages! Even the mail man delivers other people’s mail to our house! This South Ozone Park post office needs zero stars!!!
Not a bad post office, sometimes the service can be kind of slow.
The people working there are very, very rude. They need training in dealing with customers.
The supervisor Patty and the young lady Charlene were so patient with our large order! Customer service at it's best. Thank you!
