I had a great experience. The teller who helped me was very kind and easy to work with. She just opened up her window and had some lady give her attitude for no reason ud83dude12. It’s not their fault that their understaffed. I appreciate how hard you’ve all been working throughout this pandemic - thank you!
One of the worst customer service that someone could experience.nIf you can avoid this post office.
Some of their employees should work somewhere else or don't work at all where interaction with people is required. Very unprofessionals and rude. They should know that for somebody may be the first experience in their offices and patience and polite come first of all.
For a very busy post office the people are always upbeat and nice!! It’s chaotic but clean, and always understaffed but the people who work there are great!!!
None of them knew what a label broker, which is a usps service, was so I was unable to send my package. How is that possible? Two stars because they at least weren’t super mean about it.
