The times I have gone the clerk is very friendly I don’t know what people are talking about. He is usually very quick and straight to the point.nHowever there is ALWAYS A LONG LINE ! Customers here tend to take forever and I always see at least one of them causing trouble.nI have bought stamps here and mailed out plenty of packages.nnIf customers are rude to the clerk don’t expect them to be nice to you back.

Very rude window clerk. Only one window open. Always crowded.

The front counter person MD was having serious issues.nHe was not attentive n not responding properly to my questions. I wanted package to send to different states n he was not knowing n on that he was saying u can call the customer service.nnI said what.! then what ru here for. He replies me RUDELY I'm here only to for few days n Says I don't know, So I told him that's not the proper answer.. he says unprofessional way then I cannot help u in it.nnWoooow..!nnWhat a worst person that. MD was. He needs to learn some manners n ethics.. he doesn't know his job.. I'm never going back.

I went on 3rd November n The front staff name M.D super ATTITUDE n Was very very RUDE. That M.D staff was HORRIBLE Person. I was asking him questions about the envelope n stamps charges he was getting mad for small Small reasons.nnMy god he was impatient person.. no manners n no good customer services he had..that M.D staff was SUPER RUDE n horrible person..

I understand the need for extra security measures: thick glass, locked double-secured parcel transfer portals, security cameras, etc.nnBut when I have a labeled package, ready to be shipped, and I am told by the clerk, working right now, that there is no drop-off box and I have to stand in the long line of customers to drop off the labeled parcel, it defies all logic and reason. Worst USPS office I have ever visited! I gave them several opportunities. Lines are ALWAYS horrendous, which is more than I can say for the personnel. Don't go here.
