This is only post office that has never given me an issue. I usually go to ship priority mail and the staff always makes it a quick and smooth process (I’ve been here at least 20 times). I don’t understand the bad reviews that complain about their staff, cleanliness and lines.... you’re going to a P.O. in a EXTREMELY busy neighborhood, what do you expect? Yes there are long lines, the staff looks like they’re bored of working there and it’s not super clean just like every other post office. If you’re looking to not wait at all, then try going to a P.O. in a less populated area - its common sense.

I've used this location a lot and never had any issues. The line sometimes can be long but for me, it was never more than a 15 min wait. They seem understaffed but still very nice and patient. And yes, the place does look run down and in need of a face lift but I don't really care since I'm not there more for than 20 minutes, I just go to do what I have to do, and the moment I leave, I forget all about it. The reason I bothered writing a review is because I saw so many negative comments about the workers and I felt i had to share my experience. The workers always helped me when I had a question, so I'm not sure what the gripe is all about.

This is a horrible post office. USPS are all pretty bad but this one takes the cake with their ridiculous lines and constantly misplacing and not delivering my packages. The mailmen out of here is horrible as well

This USPS location usually features short lines and efficient service. Even so, it is generally dirty and grimy feeling. If you're picking up mail from on hold, don't go here. They don't hold mail! You have to go to the bank in Jackson Heights located at Junction Blvd. and Northern.

This is the Absolute WORST post office. All of the couriers should get fired for being lazy, ignorant and negligent. For three weeks, I waited for my package and it was NEVER delivered. Their phone number....which is a 718 phone number does not work. Government funded places are the worse, but I still think this issue falls mostly on the employees!
