Small post office . Very clean abs organise. The new staff are so disrespectful. Won’t let me mail the package I wanted to to mail . They won’t let me pick up my mail .

This PO is just like all the others. Extremely slow. There’s only 2 windows and 1 person working 1/2 the time. U wait on line for 20+ min just to drop off a paid and printed label. They don’t let u just leave it. There’s a reason y USPS is struggling. They should privatize the stores.

The lady their was rude and neglect (08/12/20, 10:50am) didn’t try to check if a mail was in this location saying it was another zipcode even when i tried telling her the mail is in 11423 location

This is my fave post office! It’s small but the staff is always so kind and helpful. I love them! I wish it was my main post office instead of the one on Jamaica ave.

Literally the worst post office ever ! Staff is nice when they want to be. They are closed when they are suppose to me open according to the website and the hour they have posted on the door. They always close earlier than stated again on website and door. Don’t bother getting over night or two day shipping.. I’ve done this now 4 times and every time the post office will say they attempted to deliver but never came out of laziness I guess. I have cameras ! I can 100 guarantee they didn’t show up,. I’ve said to the manager there. One time I could forgive but 4 times ? Is not a coincidence. My neighbors and husband have the same problem with this post office and we’re only a block away.. Your better off going to the one on Jamaica avenue !!!!!
