No one wants to work here. Expect Looong lines

For a very small and light weight package, it is about 15 dollars. I have already ask for least price and seems the clerk didn't understand. Rip off

Been here twice and will never be back again. Both times I needed to ship a priority mail box but the staff always gives me a problem because I’m not using the right “priority box”. I’ve used the same priority box for 2 years and never have a problem in other post offices, only this one. Makes sense why I never see ppl here. Mind you, they don’t have the “right box” to use in stock. The 1 star is for 1 staff lady who agreed that she did not understand why there is a difference, especially if they don’t have it in stock.

Near by my home, never pick up phone... thats tragic, small office ,Lady staffs are really friendly.but i encounter twice same young man, Indian Bengali. He dont know what he is doing, saying and never understand same packagea and service easily accepted and serve by jackson height 31st ave post office. i want to give heads up supervisor to train him to stop wasting customers time. but they dont pick up a phone.ni am not complaining just dont want to have same problem with others.
