The Linden Hill Station was COV!D-19 conscious. The outside temperatures were in 50's and they had all the outside doors open this allowed plenty of fresh air to enter the building.nThe USPS clerks all wore face masks. When i mailed my package i had a 5 minute wait.

This facility made my day. I just want to say thank you to Arlene H for finding and holding my 3 packages . You save my life. I really apreciate the extra effort in answering to my emails to find the no adress packages that the sender forgot to put. I just tried my luck of emailing usps 11354 then they answered back saying that they will hold the package and i got 1 day to get it from them. Thank you arlene .... may the force be with you

these are the nicest people working on the counters here. they are patient, kind, and efficient.

The Korean lady with a glasses needs to be fired immediately please. She does not listen and interrupts you all the time. Said to me the other day “don’t ask stupid questions” which ruined my day seriously. She needs to be fired for abusing customers. We pay and deserve a good customer service.

Frequently see people jumping the line here. Staff see it too but don't seem to care.nnAlso, package pickup service is inconsistent and unreliable. Sometimes, the courier comes to pick up early. And other times they never show up (especially on Fridays). There were a few occasions where I waited the whole day for a scheduled pickup, no driver came. So had to run to the post office before closing hour to drop off my parcels.nnThe local DMV is more professional and better managed than this..
