My mailman sucks!. He delivers around 126th street. He never looks at the address on the mail. My mail/package always get delivered to the wrong address. All I'm asking is that you take your time and make sure the address on the mail /package is correct.

The front desk clerk was ratchet & threatened to come to my house because she knows where I live because of the address on the the mail I dropped off. I hope she does because that whole office will be going down. If she comes here, she can get a nice whooping and then hang out in the back of a police car. Never in my entire life has customer service been so bad. This girl was really throwing jabs at me until I had to give her attitude back. She was literally looking for a fight and kept picking at me and I’m a grown woman just like her so that’s not going to work with me. Try someone else.

if You are going to talk about costumer services my experience here it’s being amazing the lady behind the desk it’s always being helpful. I have no bad complaints. But in my time there I notice a lot costumers are rude the way there speak ( no education) you say good morning make sure you make a great impression of your self if you talk respectfully and treat people respectfully you will be treating respectfully but if you come already with a bad energy and being nasty with the people behind the desk . I will treat you the same you you are treating me so be nice be kind and be educated :)

I would give them negative stars if I could. Worst than worst experience. They never delivered my packages but would mark them as delivered.all my neighbors are also sick of them. I am never going to use their service again

Worst usps location, very rude and super lazy they never bring my packages! Always leaving it for pick up!
