Terrible post office. The workers are extremely lazy. Please if you do not want to delivery mail and packages (the job you are paid to do) find another job. Today (Saturday) I was home all day. I was expecting 4 small packages to be delivered. At about 7:09 PM, I checked my security cameras to see that the mail carrier drove down my block not once but twice and even stopped in front of my house at one point but did not deliver my packages. Then the status was updated to “attempted delivery, no secure location”. Really?! I have everything recorded on my security cameras and I will be filing a report with the Inspector General. This is not the first time this has happened and I’ve had enough. Again, if you don’t like or want to do your job find another one.

Avoid this place at all cost. The place is dirty & unsanitary. The workers mostly all have bad attitudes. I’m not surprised bc it is a black community so of course we get stuck with ppl whom service us with an attitude. If it is your only choice to come to this place keep in mind your going to deal with some type of BS.

USPS is responsible for shipping the most important mail such as medicine, clothes, and non-perishable items to the Global market. I understand it is COVID, but some of your workers at the locations are taking advantage of that by being unprofessional and non-responsive. Our taxes pay for USPS's wages yet they're some of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever encountered.

if I could have given half of a star i would have if you could give 0 * even better every time I ordered a high-value package it always goes missing this is the third time within a year this post office have misdelivered quote-unquote my item or cannot find doesn't matter where I ordered from Amazon eBay or other websites as long as a high-value item it miraculously always vanishes I had it up to here with this post office if you can shut it down or restart or sending some type of human resources to do an investigation would be great

Awful experience. Workers were rude and dismissive!
