This post office has gotten a lot better than it used to be. Some of the newer female employees are very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. The wait times have gotten much better. I would say that with few exceptions most of the employees are very pleasant and polite. I go there daily and I find that the best times to go are around 2:00pm and just before they close between 6:00-7:00. They are open later than most other post offices in the neighborhood, until 7:00 M-F and until 4:00 on Saturday. Keep up the good work guys. Remember you get what you give when working with people that deal with the public on a daily basis.

The worst service in the world. Extremely Bad attitude and unprofessional. I hope USPS will take it seriously when they hire the eight people working there. Do not waste the ppl tax payer money!

Horrible. Experience. This is worst service ever i had from usps location Lefrak city Junction Blvd. my ebay app showed me that my item has been delivered. i was waiting for the item. i need it soon as possible. but once i went to check the mail box there is nothing. mil box was empty. i waited by door 20 minutes i wonder usps guy is maybe on way. but no body show up. why it said and shoed delivered the item without deliver. this is very danger service. i waited 3 days for it. then after 3 days i went to LeFrak City plaza usps. they said it's held on here but we don't find it now. after few days someone called me that your item on usps located on broadway next to Elmhurst Hospital. i went there today. they don't have it. then i went again to LeFrak city and they got it i asked to .LeFrak city usps Manager to why this website showed it's delivered without deliver yet. this crazy guy said your mail box is problem. my mail box nothing problem. everyday someone delivery. i don't like the way his behavior show it to me. he got unbelievable bad behavior to as customer. both delivery guys and manager should have good training before they work. i hope nobody get same problem as i have..

Very slow. They took my money stating it will be delivered in 3 priority days but it’s been 15 days and still my package has not been delivered. We can’t talk directly to customer representative in phone, and they are not ready to help while we reach to post office. Horrible. Go to next post office.
