Over a decade I'm going to this post office, the only person that always gives a problem, an issue is an Asian woman with glasses!!! She is never helpful, she does as if I owe her something! I will be more than pleased if I'll not have to deal with her again!

The employees are cordial and helpful. Not everyone is friendly, but they aren’t there to make friends. No one has ever been rude to me at this post office. Sometimes there are long lines, sometimes there aren’t. Frequently when there is a long line, an employee will come to the line and see if she can handle the matter herself to save everyone some time. Overall this post office is just fine. Some people just love to complain. There’s no place else where you can send a package from point A to point B for the prices they have. These people get paid peanuts and have to deal with rude, entitled customers all day with little hope for career advancement. Cut them some slack.

Two weeks since I ordered an item. Item was supposed to arrive within 3 days of purchase. Tracking has not been updated since June 16th, location says it is still at this location. Why has my package been there for now 10 days? Cannot get ahold of anyone in the building for support and the link I was sent to start a case is faulty and won’t let me submit it.

They were supposed to drop off my package on Saturday. Somehow it got delayed till Monday, and it still never came!! The USPS guy dropped off packages to my neighbors houses but not mine, then another man came to drop off mail but still no package, meanwhile i got a notification saying it’s out for delivery and “arriving on time”. This has to be the worst USPS office out there

This post office has the worse location possible!! It’s on the corner of a very busy street where there is rarely any parking so good luck stopping to drop off your mail!! I avoid going here at all costs. Would rather drive 10 min extra to go to the post office at bay terrace.
