Terrible terrible, I hope they have the competence to read their reviews. When delivering a package while I was home they supposedly delivered, THEY LEFT NO KNOCK, and NO NOTICE! I placed in a request for pick with a family member and they had the audacity to not release it! I am aggravated! I followed protocol and they did not! They do not even have the competence to pick up their phone!

lost a package, tracking showed it was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. The customer service doesn't exist there even though I was provided with a phone number when I went to the post office and asked about it. Went again yesterday to ask about it, the lady said she can't help me because the supervisor was already gone before 2PM.

Most everyone in the neighborhood, have had bad experiences with that particular location. From lost mail and parcels to poor customer service and rude mail carriers. Instead of improving they have chosen to ignore their poor reviews even from a person all the way in Bakersfield, CA! Management please visit the Middle Village location across from Arby's on Metropolitan Avenue. Their service is professional and expedient as expected. Rego Park's location is depressing and one is reluctant to visit that location, unless there's no choice. Maybe a better location will improve moral.
